Pto clutch not disengaging fully its bigdog zero turn when switch off still turns not fully

Hay got a bigdog zero turn clutch is non adjustable type when clutch switch is off the clutch still turns the blades but slower than when it’s on at switch any idea what’s going on thanks if you read this hope for a reply ps is the clutch got dirt in it may me or may be it’s the switch????

Howdy, bub. I'm having trouble with my left-side ZT 3100...as of late, it's much slower and weaker than the right side one. Does that sound like an issue that the repair you show in this vid would repair? Just would like to know before I go through the trouble of removing and reinstalling it... I thought I had a bent crankshaft but using a dial gage and the crankshaft is fine. The blade looked questionable and I bought a new blade which did not fix the problem. The blade is 3/4" higher on the back than front but from side to side it is perfect. Thus it has to be a bent mower deck housing. So far I have not found anything on this but feel it is very fixable by doing a little bending on the deck. Has anyone had this issue?

With the electrical connector, you can depin it and repin it in the correct orientation. And your solder joints are not hot enough. Don't tell people to fix extension cords. Someone stupid might try and burn down a house with people in it

I did 20 pumps on each spindle after a thorough cleaning and didn't see anything. This helps a lot, now I know to keep going. 👍

I always test the function, after the air box is removed, by using a piece if typing fuel line and hold the end against the hole on the mower and give it a few puffs of air, if it pushes fuel out the emulsion tube then reg Asket the airbox and use sealant like high tack gasket maker.

The springs that you 'linked' in your video are too short. There was no way I could spread the distance between the mounting points. You made it look so easy so I am assuming that the actual spring length should be 3.5" to 4". Please HELP.

I bought one on May 2022. Best mower I've ever owned. Does s hear job cutting the lawn. Plenty of power

My sister's riding mower tire looks brand new but it is flat every time she wants to cut grass with it. It's the same tire every time. She thinks you can repair the tire, but unless I see a nail in it that I can put a tire patch on, I think she is going to have to buy a new tire. I do know that you Do Not want to put Fix a Flat in the tire.

Good video. One thing I did discover was that my washer was slightly bent and the circuit was also bowed and stretched. This combination is stopping the circuit seating properly and thus not enough pressure on the pistons.

I'm surprised that the flywheel key wasn't sheared

If anyone needs to remove the gear after pulling the pin, push the belt off then push both rocker in at the same time and pull the gear out

Since the line is under a vacuum, wouldn't a leak suck the bubbles into the line since it would be going from atmospheric pressure to negative pressure of the line?

I’ve been thinking of doing something similar with my gasoline. I’m just wondering how you have made out with your gasoline storage DIY. Is there anything you would do different? Besides move the wheels to the front and do you see any potential dangers because I’ve noticed you made this video about three years ago and You have had time to see any problems.

Did that with a new tube ant compressed tire but just as the tire started to seat the stem valve ripped out of the tube. That was a wasted 37 dollars?? I guess I will buy a second tube as there seems to be know other choices. Thanks for the video it will help on my second try

Why would you not cut out the rust Before welding on new plate? Now you have a nice new piece of metal welded over old rust that will continue to rust.
